LAND ART - CLUB NEXT EARTH

This is used to "prove" membership as well as provide a common community on the Next Earth metaverse.

There is only a cost for the Club member plot and unfortunately, Next Earth tiles are not free. :-( The nominal amount to purchase the club member plot helps offset the cost of the club area. Yes! This is a benefit to being a member. Obviously, the larger plots allow for more creativity.

Yes, but this transfers membership to Club to the new owner.  Also, any listings showcased on landartcollectables.com and OpenSea may be removed.

There are a limited number of plots (48), so this is possible. If this occurs, you must buy a plot from another member other than LandArtNFT to get membership.

Yes, it limits the number of individual Land Art listings that can be on the landartcollectables.com and OpenSea collection pages: Villa - 7, Bungalow - 4, Tiki Hut - 2. Bigger plots also allow for more creativity in creating Land Art if desired. Would you rather have a Beach Front Villa or a Tiki Hut?

Land Art must be at least 100 tiles. Logos, text, advertisements, and offensive imagery will not be accepted.  Copyright material may not be accepted. The club members may desired to vote that a particular Land Art not be included in a collection. 

Any Land Art that meets the criteria can fit into at least one of the Club Next Earth collections. The Motley Collection is for any Land Art that does not fit another collection.

Once you become a member by buying a plot you can post your Land art and links to the Land Art NFTs discord - #club-next-earth.

Yes. For example, a Land Art may be both a location based collection and a theme based collection, such as Famous Paintings.

No, however, one of the key benefits is to have Land Art be included on the website and on OpenSea.

Yes, on the Land Art NFTs discord. Proposals to rules and club privileges must be posted to discord.

Questions or proposals up for vote will be posted to the Land Art NFTs discord channel.  Items for vote will be open for 3 days, after which the result will be based on majority of those who voted.
